Projex began as a small sole-trader business with just one van, working closely with housing associations across West Yorkshire, providing specialist cleaning and clearance services. From those early beginnings, we’ve grown into the family-run business we are today, with a growing fleet, a dedicated team and clients across the North of England.

As we’ve grown, so has the scale and complexity of the work we undertake. We’ve successfully delivered major projects for housing providers across the region, including estate-wide bedbug treatment programmes and major tower block mould remediation projects.

We’ve grown by continually developing the way we work. Our team researches and trials new equipment, techniques and treatment methods, looking for safer, more effective and more efficient ways to tackle the challenges our clients face. It’s a forward-thinking approach that helps us keep pace with an industry – and a world – that never stands still.

But somethings haven’t changed. We’re still a close-knit, family-run team who believe in doing what we say we’ll do, when we say we’ll do it. Clear communication, detailed reporting and dependable delivery matter just as much to us as the work itself.

Most importantly, we’re incredibly proud of the team behind Projex. Every member of our team has an important part to play in the service we provide, from the operations team coordinating work and keeping our clients informed, to the technicians delivering it on the ground. The knowledge, commitment and personality of the people who work with us have been fundamental to our growth and success.
